Service Agreement
1. I understand and agree that Boston's Best Dog Walkers,LLC (herein referred to as “Boston's Best”) is relying on my representation of my dog's health and behavior including my dog/dogs is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior toward any persons or any dogs. I further understand and agree that Boston's Best and their staff or volunteers will not be liable for any problems that develop. I agree and understand that Boston's Best reserves the right to deny admittance to my dog/dogs at any time for any reason at their discretion.

2. I understand that daycare and group walks are events where dog/dogs can mingle in groups. Play and can sometimes be very active and injuries can occur in the setting. I understand and agree that Boston's Best and its staff and volunteers will not be liable for any injuries or harm that occur while my pet is in their care, provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed. Daycare is a leash free, open play environment where dogs will be in close physical contact with each other. As such, there is an inherent risk associated with the service, even with close supervision, may result in the transfer of communicable illness or superficial illness or injury.

3. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any and all of the behavior of my dog or dogs while in the care of Boston's Best and I release Boston's Best from any liability arising from my dogs attendance and participation in daycare, dog walking, pet sitting /washing, and except full responsibility for any and all costs of injury to staff or other animals or damage caused by my dog or dogs to the facility or other animals. Owner agrees to indemnify Boston's Best and its agents against any claims made against Boston's best its employees or members for loss or damages of any kind suffered by Boston's Best as a result of the owners' failure to inform Boston's Best of any pre-existing condition that the pet may have, such as an illness or aggression problem, which otherwise was caused by pet.

4. Owner or owners are aware that employees of Boston's Best are not veterinarians and do not have a background in animal medicine and are not expected to diagnose or to detect illness in the pet at Boston's Best. The owner acknowledges that no amount of vaccination requirements, sanitation, or personalized care can prevent pets from contracting an airborne virus and/or communicable disease. Owner further understands that pets are unpredictable in nature and no amount of supervision can guarantee the prevention of pet being injured or and owners further agree that Boston's Best shall not be liable for loss, cost, expenses or damages, arising out of or in connection with any communicable diseases airborne virus or any other medical condition or injury contracted by the owners pet at Boston's Best. I understand and agree that if my dog or dogs become ill or injured or if the state of the dog's health requires medical attention, Boston's Best in its sole discretion may engage in the services of a veterinarian or administer medicine or give other requisite attention to the animal. I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred. Boston's Best staff and volunteers will make their best effort to notify the owner in the event of a serious illness or injury using the contact information provided by and kept current by the owner.

5. I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, my pet has not been exposed to any communicable diseases within the last 30 days. I agree that I will notify Boston's Best of any known exposure of my dog or dogs to communicable disease and will keep my dog or dogs out of daycare and will provide a veterinary certificate of fitness for the daycare to admit or readmit my pet. I also agree that I will maintain current vaccinations for my dog or dogs and provide certification to that effect upon initial evaluation and periodically as requested.

6. I agree that my dog or dogs may be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded by Boston's Best for promotional use around the world. Owner agrees to release all rights of said images and potential proceeds from the use of these images to Boston's Best.

7. Boston's Best reserves the right to administer aid and or use any available veterinarian for pets should the need arise whether or not Boston's Best can reach the owner's emergency contact. Owners assume full financial responsibility for any and all veterinary expenses incurred in addition to other fees incurred for services provided at or by Boston's Best.



8. Owners agreed to pay the rate for services in effect on the date the pet or pets attend Boston's Best and any additional service requested by the owner. Prices are subject to change at any time. Payment for all accommodations and services reserved will be paid at the time of agreed upon service date additional services will be paid upon check out any credits for accommodations or services not used will be applied at check out. All services conducted outside of normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm) and weekends are subject to a $15 surcharge. All services held on federally recognized holidays are subject to a $25 surcharge.

9. Boston's Best and its team of Dog walker/pet sitter hereby warrants keeping safe and confidential all clients keys and entry devices, access codes and any other personal information of clients home. We will return all items to the pet owner at the end of the contract. Or immediately upon request by the client as long as it is within 30 days from the last walk provided, after 30 days of none service keys are destroyed and cannot be returned to the client. The Walker hereby accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the client's property if any other person is given access to the property during the term of this dog/pet services contract.



10. Pet owner agrees to release pet sitter/dog walker from any liability that may arise as a result of damage to property and/or injury to or death of pets.

11. Pet owner will be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to pet sitter/dog walker or person as a result of aggression by any of the pet owners pet(s).

12. Pet owner must cancel pet sitting/dog walking services 24 Hr in advance or else be charged 50% for the service. Pet owner and pet sitter/dog walker agree that this contract is legally binding and is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Massachusetts.

13. We aim to always provide the same pet care attendant for your pet. If your normal pet care attendant isn't available we may change them as we deem fit when a change is needed.

14. All prepaid service packages expire 1 year from purchase date.

15. We have a no refund policy. All services that are canceled within the proper window will be credited to your respective account(s)

16. All service times may be tailored based off of bad weather or staffing issues without prior notice.
